What are the photographs printed on?

All photographs are printed on metal, giving them a vibrant, luminous finish with excellent detail and durability.

Other materials are available by request, such as paper and matting. A 50% deposit is required.

Are the prints ready to hang?

Yes. All prints arrive with a wired hanging system, ready to hang.

What sizes are available?

Sizes are shown on each photograph's page. 

Other sizes available by request. A 50% deposit is required. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Since your prints are made to order, production and shipping times vary, and are at the discretion of the printer, Bay Photo. 

Times are not expected to exceed 1 -2 weeks, and vary by shipping location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is set at the discreton of the printer, Bay Photo.

At last check standard shipping is approximately $22

Do you accept returns?

I want you to be happy with your artwork. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receiving it to arrange a return and full refund. 

Artwork must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

 If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me so I can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact me as soon as possible if your artwork arrives damaged. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please keep the packaging and photograph the damage. I will need that to process your return.

Are the photographs signed?

If you contact me, I wil give you an address so they can be shipped to me first. I will sign and attach a Certificate of Authenticity.

If you need the print sooner, have it delivered straight to yourself. They will not be signed and I will mail you the Certifictae fo Authenticity

Do you offer other sizes or custom orders?

Yes, just contact me with your wishes and I will let you know of available options.
